  • Improve reliability and performance
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell or rent your data.

3. AI-Assisted Drafting (Important)

DecisionOps may offer optional AI-assisted features to help structure unstructured notes into draft decision content.

  • AI-generated drafts are not automatically recorded
  • Users must review and explicitly approve all decisions before recording

We do not use customer decision data to train public AI models.

Organizations may disable AI features entirely.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Role-based access control
  • Immutable decision records
  • Secure infrastructure and access logging

No system is 100% secure, but we design DecisionOps for high-trust and audit-sensitive environments.

Decision records are retained according to your organization's usage of the platform.

Because DecisionOps is designed as a system of record:

  • Decisions cannot be edited or deleted
  • Decisions may only be superseded to preserve historical integrity

Account and audit data may be retained as required for security and compliance.
