These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DecisionOps, a product operated by Ellvero Technologies Private Limited. By accessing or using DecisionOps, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
DecisionOps is provided as a platform for recording, preserving, and auditing organizational decisions.
You agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Ensure that information you record is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
2. Organizational Responsibility
Decisions recorded in DecisionOps:
- Are authored and approved by users
- Reflect the organization's judgment, not Ellvero's
- Are immutable once recorded
Ellvero does not review, validate, or endorse decisions recorded on the platform.
3. Immutability and Superseding
Once recorded:
- Decisions cannot be edited or deleted
- Decisions may only be superseded by a new decision
- All versions remain linked for audit and historical clarity
This behavior is intentional and core to the platform.
4. AI-Assisted Features
If enabled:
- AI features assist with drafting only
- AI output is non-authoritative and for review
- Final responsibility remains with the user
Ellvero makes no guarantees regarding AI-generated drafts.
5. Access Control and Audit Logs
You acknowledge that:
- Actions are logged for security and accountability
- Audit logs are visible to authorized users
- Ellvero may access logs for security and support purposes
6. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, and trademarks belong to Ellvero Technologies Private Limited.
You retain ownership of:
- Your decision content
- Your organizational data
You grant Ellvero a limited license to host and process this data solely to provide the service.
7. Availability and Modifications
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Ellvero may:
- Modify features
- Add or remove functionality
- Suspend access for security or legal reasons
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- DecisionOps is provided "as is"
- Ellvero is not liable for business outcomes resulting from recorded decisions
- Liability is limited to fees paid for the service, if any
9. Termination
You may stop using DecisionOps at any time.
Ellvero may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- Use poses security or legal risk
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
